Thirteen years after scoring the most famous goal of his playing career to win the trophy with Manchester United, Solskjaer's first taste of managing in the competition is rather more low-key.

Mourinho wanted to sell Martial and bring in the 30-year-old Chelsea winger Willian last summer.

"I don't think we are necessarily favourites", Martial said. The manager is not getting carried away.

"He is asking me to attack more". To make the difference, to be more decisive.

"There will be moments when we need to defend deep, as I expect United to attack us, but we must be at our best everywhere".

"When our new coach came in he had a lot of confidence, a lot of determination". "We are trying to pay him back in kind and things are working out well at the moment".

State of Emergency Declared in Russian Islands over Invasion of Polar Bears

"Obviously things are going really well, we are really happy to have him here and we hope we can continue but the final decision isn't with us", Martial said. Martial's superb solo goal in the 3-0 victory was his 11th of the campaign and evoked memories of Ronaldo's victor over Fulham in 2007.

'Well I don't think there's any surprise about Paul Pogba being a key player, he's an incredible player, ' said Tuchel.

"I've known Paul for a long time and I have played against him for Germany against France and sometimes we have managed to stop him", he said.

The abiding memory Solskjaer took from watching PSG's 2-1 defeat by Lyon the week before last was of "how lightning quick Mbappe is". I'm not the same type of player as Neymar and, clearly, we'll miss him.

When the draw for the last 16 was made PSG were widely viewed as favourites to progress with United labouring in the Premier League under Jose Mourinho, but caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has overseen a transformation in fortunes. It's been like night and day, as he's turned this team into a unsafe one like in seasons past. "Of course they will, you can not replace quality players like this, Neymar is one of the key players in Europe and we miss him a lot and now we miss a second key player with Edinson".

His manager that year, Louis van Gaal, had hailed Di Maria as "world class" on his arrival, but their relationship quickly turned sour, with the player blaming the Dutchman for playing him out of position. We're here to score goals.
