Caretaker Home Minister Agha Umar Bungalzai told The Associated Press another 120 people were injured in the bombing.
A senior provincial government official also confirmed the figure, adding that 150 others were injured in the attack.
The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack through its newswire Aamaq.
