  • U.S. President Donald Trump meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G-20 Summit

Though Trump and Putin often speak warmly of each other, their countries are increasingly at odds when it comes to issues like foreign policy and meddling in the 2016 USA election.

"I'm concerned when the president tweets, you know, 'Russia denies they meddled in our election, ' " Graham said on NBC's "Meet the Press", adding: "When they say they didn't meddle, they're lying".

Trump said he planned to address election integrity when the two leaders come face to face in Helsinki, Finland, on July 16.

However, he has been facing backlash from the Opposition Democrats and the think-tank community who believe that Russian Federation under Mr Putin interfered in the 2016 presidential election.

Bolton, who before joining the White House said on television that Putin lied to Trump, said he hasn't changed his mind about Russia's involvement.

Asked whether the USA would recognize Russia's claim to Crimea, the president said: "We're going to have to see". The President of the United States Donald trump did not rule out the recognition of the Crimea "Russian region", reports The Globe and Mail, writes the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent. "We're going to be talking to them about Syria".

The president was obviously not intentionally referring to the discord caused in the U.S.by his election and the subsequent actions of him and his administration, but rather the discord which has resulted from the Russian Federation investigation. "We're going to be talking to them about Syria", he said.

Saudi ready to boost oil production, says Trump
The leader of OPEC said it plans to pump a record-high 11 million barrels of oil per day in July, according to reports. Iran had been pushing hard for oil producers to hold output steady as USA sanctions are expected to hit its exports.

When he finished, Wallace said, "Well, you say some of the things that we listed, these were all obviously reported, some of them were clearly true".

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov had told reporters that the venue of the summit was convenient for both sides.

This would be Mr Trump's first summit with Mr Putin, even though the leaders have met twice in the last one and half year.

A live studio audience for the panel began laughing and clapping following the analyst's joke about Russian Federation electing Mr Trump to the White House. Trump feuded with Group of Seven leaders during a summit in Canada last month over trade, abruptly dropping support for a routine joint statement. We're going to be talking to Russian Federation about a lot of things.

Other topics on the table are Ukraine, Syria, Crimea and issues involving former President Barack Obama.

He gave a similar answer when he was asked if he would lift the sanctions on Russian Federation. "We've seen how the North Koreans have behaved before. We're going to pursue this, and we'll see what happens".
