Then, in the surveillance video released Thursday by Toronto police, the person ducks into the camera's blind spot and emerges with artwork in hand.

The "Trolley Hunters" print was part of the Art of Banksy exhibit, and depicts hunters preparing to attack grocery shopping carts in a field.

On Thursday, they said they were investigating the theft of a Banksy print from an unauthorised exhibition of the British-based guerilla graffiti artist's work in Toronto.

"We can confirm a piece of art went missing during setup of "The Art of Banksy" exhibition in Toronto".

The art exhibit has been touted as the largest collection of Banksy's work ever displayed.
