It follows reports that an offer from British businessman Jim Ratcliffe to buy the club has been rejected.
He has allegedly signaled his intention to purchase the highly-rated football outfit no thanks to recent visa woes surrounding Chelsea's Russian owner Abramovich.

In the last couple of years, Abramovich has invested heavily and his money has no doubt helped Chelsea claim five Premier League titles, the FA Cup, the Champions League as well as the Europa League.

The 51-year-old was also granted Israeli citizenship which meant that he could visit Britain up to six months in a year but will have to apply for a work permit if he wants to keep doing business in the United Kingdom.
But it appears Ratcliffe won't be getting near Chelsea any time soon, despite dwarfing Abramovich's personal wealth by around £11bn.
'We can not comment on rumour and speculation, ' he said.
