  • EA Shows off Battlefield V: Will Bring Battle Royale To WW II

The new trailer surrounds a storm that's on the verge of wiping out civilization as we know it. It'll feature no loot boxes or premium passes, as EA runs ever-further from the Battlefront II debacle. The gods building this world have abandoned it but left their tools behind. That being said, the surprises aren't over yet and it looks like the team over at EA may have a few more juicy gaming details yet to be revealed.

When EA revealed Battlefield 5 to the world, it was little more than a tease.

Theresa May in compromise with ministers on Ireland border
Varadkar received a "cast iron guarantee" in December that there wouldn't be a border separating Ireland and Northern Ireland . Notwithstanding the actual feasibility of this deadline, the ambiguity of that formulation raises two possible scenarios.

Honestly, I'm hoping for a Respawn Star Wars reveal.

On the stage, the team did show off a brief preview of how the game has taken destructible environments to the next level, and showed players that they'll be able to move artillery and other previously stationary defense weapons using vehicles. We didn't get to see anything, though. Called Command & Conquer: Rivals, the game will be out later this summer, and there's a beta available on Android right now. The first entry in BioWare's next game series, an open-world online-shooter that looks like Destiny with jetpacks, was showcased with a alleged real-time gameplay demo and a release date confirmation: February 22, 2019. You and Garrus sitting up, shooting-that kind of stuff, we want to lean into that. We've got more in-depth stories on all of these announcements elsewhere, and that's number one on the E3 2018 list ticked off.
