From the vantage point of the Duke of Wellington's old office, which overlooks Horse Guards Parade, Camilla, Harry, Meghan and Kate and the other members of the Royal Family watched the finale of the event.

The Duke of Edinburgh, who served as Colonel of the Grenadier Guards since 1975, previously rode on horseback at the annual parade alongside the Queen and other members of the Royal Family. She and Harry tucked themselves being the Queen in the back row, in the middle of the royal group but not the main focus, while the Queen's great-grandchildren entertained the crowds by playing, chatting and waving in the front row to the planes as they thundered overhead.

The couple postponed their honeymoon by several days to attend a garden party at Buckingham Palace in honor of Prince Charles three days after their spectacular wedding last month. The layers on the shoulders and the big-sized buttons made for catchy details, and Meghan spilled her iconic panache as she sat next to Prince Harry.

Roughly 1,000 soldiers marched to House Guards Parade in Whitehall, central London, as part of the Trooping of the Colour ceremony.

Meghan Markle is still breaking protocol despite her newly minted royal status.
