According to TMZ Sports, the owner of the rental charged Ajayi for $25,000 in damages, claiming that the running back and his friends threw at least three parties.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Jay Ajayi is being sued by the owner of a Los Angeles mansion who claims he trashed the place, according to a TMZ report on Monday.

Eagles running back Jay Ajayi really hit the jackpot a year ago when the God-awful Miami Dolphins traded him to Philadelphia in the midst of what became a Super Bowl-winning season. In addition, the man who filed the suit says Ajayi "pushed [him] on [his] chest in a menacing and threatening manner" when he confronted the National Football League star about the damage on February 18.

Ajayi reportedly told TMZ that he never laid a finger on the property owner, never damaged the property and never hosted a party there. Giants top-5 with Saquon Barkley?

In October 2011, while in college at Boise State, Ajayi was arrested for shoplifting after stealing a pair of sweatpants at a local Walmart and was later sentenced to five days in jail.

In seven games with Eagles, Ajayi accumulated 408 rushing yards and one touchdown on 70 carries.

He is on the final year of his rookie contract, which will pay $705,000.
